Dragonborn Exotics offers a 48 hour hold with a 25% non-refundable deposit for any gecko. NO PAYMENT PLANS UNLESS AGREED UPON PRIOR TO SALE. If geckos are not paid in full within 48 hours, the buyer will be notified and the gecko will be re-listed and we reserve the right to hold the 25% deposit.
Dragonborn Exotics only ships within the United States as of right now. Shipping is done through Reptiles2you and can be arranged to be delivered directly to your home or to the nearest FedEx hub where the package will be held for pickup. Cost of shipping varies and depends on location. The average price is $50 - $55. We will do our best to give you the most accurate shipping estimate possible.
Generally, Fedex Priority Overnight shipments arrive by 10:30AM. This can vary and shipments may show up later in the day depending on how far the buyer lives from a local UPS/FedEx hub. If you are unable to schedule time to directly receive your animal, please contact your local FedEx hub to see if they will hold the box onsite for your pickup.
Live arrival is guaranteed. If an animal arrives deceased, the buyer must notify Dragonborn Exotics within 1 hour of delivery with photographic proof. The gecko must also be shipped back to Dragonborn Exotics at the expense of the buyer. After the deceased gecko is received on our end, a refund or store credit will be issued. We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishaps.
We prefer to ship Monday night for a Tuesday delivery, Tuesday night for Wednesday delivery, or Wednesday night for Thursday delivery. This way, if a gecko is delayed, it will not be stuck in limbo over the weekend. A shipping date will be scheduled a week after the full payment has cleared.
Payment is accepted through Paypal only. The buyer is expected to pay the 2.9% Paypal fee if payment is sent for "Goods and Services". To avoid this extra fee, the buyer has a choice of sending payment with the "Friends & Family" option. Geckos will not be shipped unless full payment is received and cleared.
We offer a one-week health guarantee on all geckos; if your gecko falls ill within that week, when returned, we will either replace it if we have a similarly priced animal, or offer a credit for the amount paid for a future purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
This health guarantee does not include outside injuries. Examples of injuries we do not cover include, but are not limited to: cat attacks, burns, getting caught in an enclosure door and choking on feeder insects which were too large. This guarantee does not include tail loss. Refunds are subject to questions about your husbandry practices as well as photo or video proof of injury or death.
The buyer must be available to accept the package at the time of delivery and contact us via e-mail or phone to let us know the package was received, or this health guarantee is null and void, as leaving a gecko outside in the weather can be harmful.
We reserve the right to refuse sale. No geckos are held, reserved, or promised unless payment is made.
If you send payment, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to these terms.
